Grandma Gins Rice pudding
1 2/3 C of Instant Rice (minute rice)
1/2 C sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 C milk
2 tsp vanilla
2Tbs butter
Dash of salt
2 eggs
add all ingr. into pan except eggs. boil, reduce heat and simmer for 25 mins or so, stirring often. Remove from heat.
Beat 2 eggs with a little milk (eggs stay yellow) add to rice stirring fast. Refrige until ready to eat, covered.
